These vignettes show good and bad examples of client interactions in the university environment. Produced in association with ILT Systems, the developer of a terrific e-learning platform on which this training is delivered, we shot on location around the campus with a troupe of actors portraying students and staff to help the University achieve its goal of excellence in student services.
